Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original protective crating or box, ensuring all hardware and assembly tools are included.

  Schedule Pickup

  For large freight items like pool tables or arcade cabinets, we will coordinate a professional courier service to collect the shipment directly from your home.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
